ICSC Conference

Chris Wimsatt and Matt Chesnut represented Team Volusia at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) annual Florida Dealmaking Conference August 27-28 at the Orange County Convention Center. Team Volusia sponsored a booth highlighting retail and commercial development opportunities in Volusia County and worked closely with both public and private sector investors to provide information to prospective developers and retailers on the opportunities available in Volusia County.

This event brings together owners, developers, retailers, brokers, lenders, municipalities, property asset managers and product and service providers for networking and learning the latest about the retail real estate industry.
