City officials and co-developers Tequesta Development Group and Integra Land Company conducted the preconstruction meeting on October 29, 2019, for the 256-unit luxury complex at Enclave at 3230. The address of the development is 3230 S. Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona, FL.
“The City considers this to be a partnership and we are here to help ensure this project’s success,” said City Manager, James L. Gillis, Jr.
“We expect to start construction within the next two weeks,” said Project Manager, Austin McDaniel.
The four-story construction featuring a Florida Vernacular design, will include one, two and three bedroom units with gourmet kitchens, granite countertops, large islands, high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, open floor plans and private garages. Common amenities in the gated community include pool, clubhouse, e-lounge, fitness area, outdoor kitchen, fountains, dog park and more.
The project is anticipated to be fully completed within 20 months. First units will be completed within twelve months with occupancy in November 2020.
